- Coral Air will respond to customers with a written submission (where necessary) in no more than 2 working days after our initial site/premises inspection.
- Upon acceptance of our quotation, Coral Air will confirm a mutually acceptable time for installation with the customer.
- Coral Air’s installation team will arrive on-site on the day in question, within the appointment time pre-arranged with our client. If there are unforseen circumstances that prevent the installation, such as inclement weather, or delay our arrival, Coral Air guarantee to contact you by phone.
- Coral Air will give the customer as accurate an estimate as possible of the time we expect to take to complete the installation before we commence work.
- Coral Air will be professionally presented and take pride in all work carried out.
- Coral Air respects your right to live in a smoke free environment and we will not smoke, drink or consume food whilst on/in your premises.
- Coral Air will be courteous and efficient in all dealings with our customers.
- Upon completion of the installation, Coral Air will ensure the unit/system is in excellent working order and will also undertake to provide the customer with a basic understanding of the operating instructions before we leave the premises.
- Coral Air will make every effort to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state and to at least restore the premises to the condition in which we found it prior to installation. This includes placing drop-sheets on the floor and over any furniture to reduce dust, removal of any packaging materials, and vacuuming after completion of the installation.
